For online purchases, Isabella Adams® will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slip. To return an item, you must contact us at email@example.com and request a Return Authorization number. We will not accept merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged in our sole determination. Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 7 days of delivery . Online purchases may not be returned or exchanged at any place other then through isabellaadams.com. Please note that shipping costs will not be subject to refund. Easy-to- follow instructions for returning merchandise are included with each shipment. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and an email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.
We recommend shipping returned merchandise via FedEx or insured parcel post for tracking purposes and that a customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. Isabella Adams Designs, LLC will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, damaged, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in Isabella Adams Designs, LLC sole discretion.

Orders cannot be cancelled, changed, altered or refunded thereafter. The are no allowance for the return and or exchange of these sales. PROMOTIONAL OR SALE MERCHANDISE: Returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased using a Promotional / Sales Code is NOT allowed. All Promotional / Sale item purchase transactions are final when paid for by the customer. No returns, cancellations or refunds all allowed on these items. FED EX SINATURE REQUIREMENTS: All Order shipments with a purchase value of $1,000.00 or more will be shipped by Isabella Adams Designs requiring an Adult Signature (ASR) upon delivery, unless purchaser expressly waives this requirement to Isabella Adams Designs prior to shipment via confirming email to: customerservice@Isabellaadams.com. If the purchaser choses to waive the ASR requirement they assume full responsible for any loss, theft or damage that might occur as a result of an unattended delivery.
The exchange of an item purchased on isabellaadams.com, involves an easy two step process. First, return the original item to be exchanged following the steps outlined in the above "Returns" section. If the exchange item meets Isabella Adams®'s return criteria as specified above, we will inform you of the value of the exchange item via e-mail. Secondly, you will then be asked to select another Isabella Adams® item of equal or greater value. If the selected item is available, we will ship it to you and charge your credit card the difference in price (if any) plus any additional (if applicable) sales tax and freight. Please note that the returned item must be received by Isabella Adams® in original condition and that exchange orders are subject to Isabella Adams® having available merchandise on-hand. Shipping charges for any returned item(s) are the purchaser’s responsibility. Your replacement item(s) will be sent to you via FedEx Ground at your expense.
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to customerservice@Isabellaadams.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be canceled or modified until the product has been returned to us, In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it. Isabella Adams® offers repair service for products purchased from our website. Please contact us at customerservice@Isabellaadams.com for repair return instructions when returning an item for repair. Please enclose a detailed repair request, your contact information, and original sales slip (if available). We recommend that you package the item securely and ship it via insured Parcel or mail. Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for a repair assessment. Detailed repair information and repair charge estimate will be sent to you once the assessment has been completed. All repair charges must be paid prior to shipment of the repaired item. Freight charges to return repaired items are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Isabella Adams® warrants that products which it sells to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid for 6 months from the date of the original sale. Isabella Adams® reserves the right to repair or replace any component needed to restore the defective item to full working order (in order to satisfy the warranty) or at its sole discretion it may replace the defective item. Our limited warranties cover all manufacturing and mechanical defects, excluding malfunction or deterioration resulting from accidents, negligence or mistreatment. In no event shall any remedy exceed the original value of the item in question. It will be the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all freight charges to return the defective item to Isabella Adams in Tampa, FL, USA, purchaser must also return all merchandise in its original packaging and Isabella Adams shall return any repaired or replaced items freight prepaid back to the purchaser. In no event shall Isabella Adams® be held liable for any financial damages, lost profits, freight charges, fines, or fees of any type whatsoever which might be incurred by the purchaser as a result of such defects(s) as defined herein or for any actions, errors, omissions, negligence or administrative deficiency in services and or product(s) by Isabella Adams, its employees, agents or representatives.
A limited warranty card and booklet is accompanied with each Isabella Adams® purchase.
